Job Title: Head, Human Capital Management

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Head, Human Capital will oversee the organisation's human resources function, ensuring effective talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, and HR policy implementation to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare HR reports and provide strategic workforce insights
  • Manage employee relations and disciplinary processes
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management initiatives
  • Develop and implement staff training and development initiatives
  • Oversee payroll accuracy and HR policy reviews/updates
  • Drive performance management and employee engagement programs
  • Support workforce planning and succession management
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 5–8 years' HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • MBA or relevant professional HR certification is an added advantage
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong knowledge of human capital management practices and labour regulations
