Job Title: Tagger/ Acting Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Tagger / Acting Supervisor to ensure accurate tagging, tracking, and handling of items while providing supervisory support when required. This role is ideal for smart, responsible individuals who can maintain accuracy, coordinate team activities, and uphold operational standards. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tag and label items accurately according to company procedures.
  • Report discrepancies, operational issues, or customer concerns promptly.
  • Support supervisors in maintaining operational efficiency and quality standards.
  • Monitor workflow to ensure items are processed correctly and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality procedures.
  • Assist in coordinating daily team activities and work assignments.
  • Verify item details and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • SSCE, OND, HND, or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills are an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to lead by example and work effectively with a team.
  • Previous laundry, retail, operations, or supervisory experience is an advantage but not required.
