Job Position: Recruitment Executive

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Executive to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Salary
N350,000 Monthly.
