Dalewares College of Management and Technology (DCMT), formerly known as Dalewares Institute of Technology (DIT), was established in 2007 as a licensed and accredited polytechnic in Nigeria. The institution is approved by the Federal Ministry of Education and accredited by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE).

Dalewares Polytechnic operates in accordance with the official guidelines governing the establishment of Polytechnics, Monotechnics, and similar tertiary institutions in Nigeria. The institution offers quality post-secondary education programs leading to the award of National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) qualifications, equipping students with practical skills and industry-relevant knowledge for career success.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Educational Marketing / Enrolment Officer

Location: Palmgrove, Onipanu - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Marketing:

  • Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters
  • Utilize social media, email marketing, and other digital channels to reach target audience
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Dalewares College of Management polytechnic and Technology to potential students

Lead Generation:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential students, parents, and educational institutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including schools, organizations, and individuals
  • Qualify leads and pass them on to the admissions team
  • Utilize various channels, including phone, email, and social media, to generate leads

Sales and Conversion:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Present and promote Daleways College of Management and Technology's programs and services to potential students
  • Negotiate and close sales, meeting or exceeding enrollment targets
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into enrolled students

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing students, alumni, and industry partners
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, competitor activity, and student
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to meet student enrollment targets.

Social Media:

  • Provide information and guidance to prospective students on programs and admissions
  • Develop and publish online content (blog posts, videos, etc.) to attract potential students
  • Collaborate with the enrollment team to align digital marketing efforts with enrollment goals
  • Manage the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for students
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to promote programs and build relationships with potential students
  • Analyze enrollment data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Analyze digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to promote the college and engage with potential students
  • Design and send email marketing campaigns to prospective students
  • Create and implement SEO strategies to improve the college's online visibility
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to leverage online channels for enrollment growth
  • Build relationships with prospective students and their families to promote the college

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Student satisfaction ratings
  • Increase in website traffic and social media engagement
  • Number of new student enrollments
  • Customer satisfaction ratings
  • Number of leads generated

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the Nigerian education sector is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
