  • We are seeking a polished, ambitious, and high-performing Sales Executive to join our fast-growing real estate marketing firm in Ajah.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions
  • Promote and sell company properties to clients and investors
  • Conduct professional property presentations and site inspections
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
  • Represent the company professionally during inspections, activations, and events
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and strategic marketing
  • Maintain proper follow-up and client relationship management

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Ajah, Lekki, Sangotedo, Abraham Adesanya, and surrounding areas is an advantage
  • Strong personal branding and professional appearance
  • Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively
  • Real estate experience is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or real estate marketing
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and financially motivated
