• Lead the Enterprise Tech PMO to oversee cross-functional initiatives.
• Build ET Monthly Business Review; define KPIs on spend, stability, debt, and productivity.
• Partner with CIO/ET to develop the Enterprise Tech Roadmap; align IT with growth.
• Act as Relationship Manager and Integration Advisor, building trust with BU leaders.
• Lead culture initiatives to foster a One Peloton mindset.
• Manage CIO spend, including InfoSec and Product Systems, and track savings.

???? Requirements

• 12+ years in Operations, Strategy, or TPM for enterprise tech.
• Proven PMO builder with multi-million budgets and strict SLAs.
• Familiar with tech needs of global footprints (manufacturing, warehousing, admin).
• Experience integrating AI and automation into workflows.
• Executive-level reporting to present data to the C-suite.
• Translate vision into concrete milestones with owners.
