• Delivery Management: Oversee iQueue for Inpatient Flow implementations, align with forecasts.
• Team Leadership: Lead and scale a delivery team (PMs, Workflow Specialists, Data, and Configuration).
• Executive Partnership: Build strong executive relationships, defining success criteria.
• Executive Escalation: Senior escalation point for clinical workflows, data design, and EHRs.
• Sales Handoff & Strategic Alignment: Partner with Sales on goals, scope, and delivery strategy.
• Project Strategy & Execution: Provide oversight on delivery standards, resource planning, and execution.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in SaaS implementation, customer delivery, or professional services in healthcare
• 5+ years of people management leading cross-functional teams
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-level implementations
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
