• Minimum 3 years in product operations/PM with product/engineering teams.
• Passion for exceptional UX and deep understanding of complex products/use cases.
• Proficiency in data analysis to drive product improvements.
• Empathy with user problems to shape product decisions.
• Strong multitasking with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with BI tools (SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel/Sheets) and strong presentation skills.
