Role Summary

• We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who understands business and numbers—someone who can engage HR leaders, Finance teams, and founders, and clearly communicate the value of getting payroll and compliance right.
• This is not a just a “volume sales” role. You will sell a critical business solution, not a nice-to-have product.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting ? demo ? negotiation ? close.
• Identify and engage HR, Finance, and business decision-makers .
• Translate payroll and compliance into clear business value.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM tools
• Collaborate with product and marketing to refine messaging based on market feedback.
• Drive revenue growth by closing high-quality deals.
