Job Title: Brand & Marketing Manager
Location: Lagos

The Role
- You will report directly to the founder and be responsible for translating the creative vision of the house into everything the world sees and feels — across digital, editorial, events, and community. You will work directly with the founder and report to no one else.
- This is not a support role. You will lead.
Core Responsibilities
- Content strategy and social media (Instagram primary)
- Campaign execution for our debut collection and beyond
- Trunk show and event logistics
- Brand partnerships and collaborations
- Community — our invitation-only seasonal salon
- Email marketing and CRM (Klaviyo)
- Press outreach and editorial relationships
What we are looking for
- You have 4–6 years of experience in brand or marketing, with at least some of that in fashion, beauty, or premium lifestyle.
- You have a strong visual and editorial sensibility, the ideal candidate should understand the difference between content that sells and content that builds a world.
- You are as comfortable writing a press note as you are briefing a photographer. Y
- You know Lagos and you understand how luxury speaks here.
- You do not need to have worked at a big house. You need to have cared deeply about the work wherever you have been.
What we offier
- Salary: N400,000 – N500,000 / month, commensurate with experience
- A house being built from the ground up — with intention.
