Job Description

• The ideal candidate will possess solid accounting knowledge, hands-on project exposure, and the ability to support financial reporting and performance across fleet/logistics and manufacturing environments.
• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant (ICAN Graduate) with strong experience in projects and operational finance to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Prepare and manage accurate financial records, reports, and statements for project-based and operational activities.
• Utilize ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP) for transaction processing and reporting.
• Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution of audit queries.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and production teams to ensure alignment of financial data with project outcomes.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support project accounting functions including budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor financial performance of ongoing projects and provide insights for cost control and profitability improvement.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, and accounting standards.

Requirements

• Must have 3–6 years’ relevant accounting experience, preferably with exposure to projects, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (analysis, reporting, and modeling).
• ICAN qualified or at advanced stage (mandatory).
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP).
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
