Job Summary

• The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an excellent dining experience.
• We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Waiter (Female Preferred) to join our fast-food team in Gwarinpa, Abuja.
• The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Assist customers with menu options and provide recommendations when required.
• Ensure customers receive their orders promptly and correctly.
• Ensure proper food handling and hygiene practices are followed.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
• Support daily opening and closing activities of the outlet.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, counters, and service areas.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate orders to the kitchen or preparation team.
• Serve food, beverages, smoothies, and other menu items professionally.

Requirements

• Must be available for immediate employment.
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience as a Waiter, Food Attendant, Customer Service Assistant, or similar role.
• Previous experience in a fast-food restaurant or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Must be responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, respectful, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
• Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
