Job Position: Lounge Supervisor
Job Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Lounge Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lounge, which includes the restaurant, bar, and car wash. The ideal candidate must be experienced, organized, and capable of ensuring smooth operations while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Major Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the lounge, restaurant, bar, and car wash
• Ensure high standards of customer service across all units
• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Oversee inventory, stock levels, and general facility management
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the facility
• Prepare and submit operational reports

Requirements

• HND/BSc in any relevant field (compulsory)
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a lounge, restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple units effectively
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Candidate must reside in Ogba or within close proximity to the area.
