Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Lounge Supervisor.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily opening and closing procedures of the lounge, ensuring all checklists are completed.
• Manage Inventory, including ordering of food, beverages, and sundries, while maintaining strict stock control.
• Manage staff rostering, attendance, and performance, ensuring adherence to grooming and service standards.
• Assist in the training and development of new and existing team members.
• Ensure the lounge maintains a clean, well-presented, and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
• Actively interact with guests to gauge satisfaction and anticipate their needs.
• Conduct daily audits, manage shift reconciliations, and oversee cash handling procedures.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including temperature checks and food safety protocols.

Requirements

• Must be willing to attend a physical interview at Trans-Amadi, Port Harcourt.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven supervisory experience in a lounge, bar, restaurant, or high-end hospitality environment.
• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is an added advantage.
• Strong ability to lead, delegate, and manage team dynamics effectively.
• Excellent focus on providing top-tier service and resolving guest issues with professionalism.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.
• Understanding of budgeting, inventory control, and cost management.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
