Job Summary

• Crownbee Properties is seeking a creative and experienced Media & Social Media Officer to manage our digital presence and create engaging visual content.
• The ideal candidate must be skilled in video editing, graphic design, photography, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media platforms and online presence.
• Create engaging graphics, videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Edit videos for social media, property listings, campaigns, and events.
• Design flyers, banners, adverts, and other marketing materials.
• Capture and document property inspections, events, and other activities.
• Develop creative content to promote the company's properties and services.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to enquiries professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in media, content creation, or social media management.
• Strong skills in video editing and graphic design.
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Creative, proactive, and result-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in real estate content creation is an added advantage.

Salary

• N100,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
