Job Description

• Maintain an up-to-date customer database.
• Convert prospects into clients.
• Follow up on leads and customer feedback.
• Ensure consistency of the Company's brand identity across all marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to support online marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Promote the Company's products and services through various marketing channels.
• Address customer enquiries and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure marketing materials accurately reflect the Company's brand and messaging.
• Maintain regular communication with clients.
• Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proficiency in computer usage and typing
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven work experience as a Marketing, Sales Representative,Customer Supportor insimilar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree with NYSC Discharged Certificate
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Reporting:

• Track campaign performance and marketing activities.
• Provide recommendations for improving marketing effectiveness.
• Prepare weekly and monthly salesreports.
