• Identify AI-driven growth opportunities in targeting, segmentation, and channels
• Lead analytics and AI initiatives to inform campaigns and client strategy
• Develop and present scalable AI reporting and insights
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance
• Collaborate with commercial teams to support client insights and upsell opportunities

• 4+ years in data-driven healthcare strategy firms; Manager/Sr Consultant
• Deep pharma marketing analytics or go-to-market optimization
• Strong analytics: Excel, SQL, data visualization; large datasets
• Excellent executive communication and problem-solving skills
