• Board-certified geriatrician/neurologist/internal medicine physician.
• Active medical license in at least one state; multi-state preferred.
• 5+ years clinical practice with 2+ years in leadership in startups/digital health.
• Remote communication skills; proficient with Slack, Notion, Loom.
• Deep dementia/geriatrics knowledge; CMS GUIDE familiarity.
• Experience translating clinical workflows to digital delivery models.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Tech, Marketing, Growth, Finance.
