Job Summary

• We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative (Sales & Conversion) to manage client inquiries, convert leads into bookings, and ensure a seamless and professional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and other platforms
• Convert inquiries in Job Summary to confirmed bookings and drive revenue
• Follow up consistently on pending leads
• Provide accurate information on treatments, pricing, and policies
• Maintain proper booking records and update CRM systems
• Upsell and cross-sell services where appropriate
• Escalate medical or technical questions to the appropriate team

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to convert leads
• Professional, polite, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is an added advantage.

Remuneration

• ?150,000 monthly gross salary
• Performance-based growth opportunities.
