We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bid and Tender Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including NUPRC and NCDMB guidelines.
Prepare management reports on bid activities, outcomes, and opportunities.
Coordinate inputs from engineering, commercial, legal, and project teams during bid preparation.
Support EPC project teams in contract negotiations and post-award activities.
Maintain bid documentation, tender records, and proposal databases.
Review tender documents and develop bid strategies to enhance competitiveness.
Identify, monitor, and evaluate tender opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of technical and commercial bids and proposals.
