Job Summary

• We have a clientseeking an experienced and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations across our rooftop lounge, restaurant, and beauty studio.
• The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between departments, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities across the lounge, restaurant, and beauty studio
• Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and overall productivity
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Oversee opening and closing procedures of the business
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement when needed
• Work closely with management to implement operational strategies
• Ensure the environment is clean, organized, and aesthetically appealing at all times
• Handle escalated issues professionally and efficiently
• Drive sales by ensuring excellent service delivery and upselling where necessary

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, restaurant, lounge, or beauty industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage different business units effectively
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of customer service best practices
• Basic understanding of inventory and operations management
• Must reside on the Island (Lekki, Ajah, Victoria Island, or nearby areas)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing a multi-service business (e.g., restaurant + salon or lounge) is a strong advantage.
