We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work hours: 10am – 7pm

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an excellent in-store customer experience while achieving individual and store sales targets. The role involves product presentation, customer engagement, transaction processing, and maintaining a clean and well-organized retail environment.

Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Greet and respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, walk-in and chats (all social media platforms) with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Recommend and upsell products in line with customer preferences and store promotions.
  • Meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections and complaints politely, escalating when necessary.

Customer Experience & Retention:

  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to management.
  • Support loyalty programs, promotions, and in-store activations.

Compliance & Teamwork

  • Adhere to company policies, sales procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall store goals.
  • Maintain punctuality, grooming standards, and professional conduct at all times.

Store Operations:

  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure products are well-stocked, properly tagged, and attractively displayed.
  • Assist with stock counts, replenishment, and inventory control.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.

Requirements

  • BSc/HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Confidence in speaking with potential customers and handling objections.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
