  • Support agent enablement with access patterns and runbooks.

  • 8+ years in technical program management, leading complex internal-tool programs.
  • Experience coordinating API migrations and dependency management across teams.
  • Drive security reviews, launch readiness, and production risk (capacity, observability, performance).
  • Experience in regulated/compliance-heavy environments with internal users.
  • Experience with Agile/Lean delivery, backlog mgmt, and PRDs.
  • Uses AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency.
