Summary

• We are seeking experienced and proactive Senior Growth Associates to drive sales, build customer relationships, and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads, prospect clients, and close sales
• Engage prospective students, promote the organisation programs, and convert leads
• Collaborate with Marketing and Training teams on sales strategies
• Maintain records of student payments and performance dashboards
• Represent the company in meetings and business discussions
• Carry out other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Mature, responsible, and self-driven
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Salary
N150,000 Net, plus 5% commission on closed deals
