Sales Support Lead, Consumer Sales

• Serve as the primary contact for real-time field team questions and drive same-day conversions
• Write and maintain schedules to ensure optimal coverage for the sales function
• Proactively search for gaps in internal systems to identify operational issues or losses and support resolution
• Join escalated customer conversations via chat and phone to provide high-touch resolution
• Independently resolve complex order issues, including address changes and Stripe discrepancies
• Pivot to active selling during high-volume periods to meet targets and minimize customer wait times

• Proven experience in sales support, sales ops, or high-volume retail leadership
• Strong sales behavior analysis and CRM adoption (Salesforce/Stripe preferred)
• Demonstrated success in customer de-escalation across phone and chat
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple projects and timelines
• High energy; player-coach mentality; balance admin and selling
• Schedule flexibility to work nights and weekends
