Lopterra Services Limited - Our client, is a leading freight forwarder based in Lagos Nigeria, specializing in comprehensive logistics solutions that encompasses air, sea, and land transportation. With a strong network of global partners and a dedicated team of industry experts. They provide seamless and efficient services tailored to meet the diverse needs of their client across international freight forwarding (Air, Sea & Land), customs brokerage and clearing, bonded and free zone warehousing, NVOCC representation, courier and express delivery, importer of record (IOR) services, project cargo and heavy-duty transport.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The role involves managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating client communications, and supporting the achievement of sales targets and reporting processes.
  • They are seeking a results-driven and proactive Sales Officer to support daily sales activities.

Responsibilities

  • Introduce PNCE courier services professionally
  • Work closely with operations to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Visit offices and businesses physically
  • Develop practical ideas to increase delivery volumes
  • Source new courier clients daily
  • Maintain relationship with existing clients
  • Generate measurable shipment volumes
  • Report daily activities and visits
  • Follow up aggressively on leads
  • Convert prospects into paying clients

Requirements
Qualifications:

  • OND, B.Sc./HND in Admin or a related discipline.
  • Confidence speaking with businesses
  • Result-oriented mentality
  • 3–7 years of relevant Logistic experience
  • Previous experience in courier, dispatch, logistics, sales, marketing, or field operations(Compulsory)

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with operations teams.
  • Proximity to Apapa is highly desired.
