We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Officer (FMCG)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract (3 Months)

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, increasing product visibility, and achieving assigned sales targets within designated territories.
  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Officer with strong FMCG sales experience to join our team on a 3-month contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market visits and monitor competitor activities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers
  • Maintain excellent customer service and brand representation at all times
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
  • Drive sales and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Support promotional and marketing activities where required
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and market feedback regularly
  • Follow up on customer orders, payments, and inquiries
  • Ensure proper product visibility and availability across assigned locations

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics
  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–3 years proven FMCG sales experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is an added advantage
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented

Salary
NGN 150,000 / Month + Commision on sales.
