Job Title: Sales & Customer Relationship Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Summary

Exotic Pet Café is looking for a Sales & Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team in Lekki, Lagos.
Do you have strong communication skills, sales confidence, and a warm personality?

Responsibilities

Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Manage WhatsApp, Instagram & walk-in clients
Follow up on clients and bookings
Attend to customer inquiries professionally
Drive sales for grooming, boarding, vet services & pet products

Requirements

Must be willing to start immediately
Good communication skills
Smart, organized & proactive
Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years experience
Sales/customer service experience is a plus
Must genuinely like pets and be comfortable around animals
Must live around Lekki/Ajah axis (preferred).
