Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, energetic, and target-driven Sales Executive to drive sales growth, expand market coverage, and maintain strong customer relationships within the assigned territory.
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong sales experience in FMCG products and demonstrate the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive market environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
  • Drive sales and distribution of company products within the assigned territory.
  • Work closely with the sales team and management to implement sales strategies.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Execute trade activations, promotions, and merchandising activities.
  • Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payments.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned outlets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or other related disciplines.
  • Must be below 35 years of age.
  • Good knowledge of the Jos market and surrounding areas is an added advantage.
  • Must possess strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience in FMCG products.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
