Integrated Dairies Limited was incorporatedin 2003 with the factory located in Plateau state. Itis a leading producer of high-quality fresh milk and other dairy products. Integrated Dairies is known for its brands; refresh and farmfresh.

Job Title: Procurement Executive

Location: Jos / Vom, Plateau
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

• The Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, creating purchase orders, and overseeing purchase management activities.
• The role also involves vendor coordination, analyzing procurement data, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and materials necessary for the company’s operations.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Excellent Communication skills for effective vendor negotiations and cross-department collaboration
• Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills
• Proficiency in procurement software and Google applications
• Knowledge of the dairy or FMCG industry is a plus.
• 2-5 years experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field
• Knowledge of Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management
• Proficient knowledge of national and international sourcing procurement.
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating vendors, contracts, and procurement data
