We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Prefect of Discipline (POD)

Location: Abbi, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Undertakes facts finding on observed or reported breaches.
• Conducts briefing on school rules and regulations.
• Supervises students compliance with the rules.
• Ensures the implementation of disciplinary action that may be imposed on an erring student, etc.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent is needed.
• Proficiency in both oral and written communication.
• Related experience is an advantage.
• Keen to detail, highly organized and morally upright.
• Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Experience:

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role.

Personal Qualities:

• Effective communication and presentation skills, good command of English Language, good understanding of adolescent psychology, good interpersonal skills, a team player, ability to work effectively with minimum supervision, proficiency in use of Office Suites like Microsoft Word and Power Point.
