We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Food and Nutrition Teacher

Location: Enugu
Job type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Supervise food preparation and kitchen practical sessions.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen/laboratory.
Encourage creativity, teamwork, and life skills development among students.
Teach Food and Nutrition theory and practical classes.
Assess and evaluate students’ academic and practical performance.
Prepare lesson notes, schemes of work, and practical activities.
Educate students on healthy eating habits and balanced diets.

Requirements

A Christian/Believer
Good knowledge of food preparation, nutrition, and kitchen management.
Bachelor’s degree, NCE, or relevant qualification in Food and Nutrition, Home Economics, or related field.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Previous teaching experience is an added advantage.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
