Role Overview

  • The Logistics Associate is responsible for supporting the efficient execution of logistics, order fulfillment, and delivery operations across Ashcorp’s brands. This role ensures seamless coordination between customers, courier partners, inventory teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain high service standards, optimize delivery performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • The role combines logistics coordination, shipment tracking, process improvement, and customer experience support to ensure products are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Order Fulfillment Coordination:

  • Monitor and ensure accuracy in order cycle times from order placement to delivery.
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues or delays.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of order processing and shipment tracking systems.
  • Create waybills, shipping labels, and maintain efficient shipment tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with courier partners and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment operations.

Customer Experience & Service Support:

  • Support initiatives that improve the overall customer delivery experience.
  • Work closely with customer-facing teams to resolve delivery-related concerns and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate customer feedback systems to gather insights for service improvement and innovation.

Inventory & Operational Support:

  • Assist in maintaining operational records and logistics documentation.
  • Support quality control processes to ensure products are delivered accurately and in excellent condition.
  • Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to ensure alignment between stock availability and order fulfillment activities.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Support risk identification and escalation processes to minimize disruptions in the supply chain.
  • Monitor compliance with logistics regulations, transportation standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of asset renewal documentation and other logistics-related compliance requirements.

Process Improvement & Reporting:

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and initiatives that support business growth and team collaboration.
  • Generate logistics reports and provide insights on delivery performance, fulfillment accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational costs.

Requirements
Qualifications & Key Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation processes, and supply chain management principles.
  • Proficiency in Order Management Systems (OMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong understanding of quality control, compliance requirements, and risk management principles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver exceptional service experiences.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain operations, order fulfillment, customer service, or related roles.
  • Professional certifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines are an added advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct, integrity, and professionalism in all business activities.
  • Experience managing courier relationships and coordinating delivery operations.
