Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven and technically grounded Production Line Supervisor to oversee daily production activities within our manufacturing facility.
• The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background in manufacturing operations, preferably with career progression from hands-on technical or maintenance-related roles into production supervision.
• Candidates who previously worked as maintenance technicians, machine technicians, mould technicians, or similar technical roles before moving into supervisory positions are strongly preferred.
• We believe that supervisors with practical technical experience are better equipped to support troubleshooting activities, provide faster production insights, coordinate effectively with maintenance teams, and drive operational efficiency on the production floor.
• The successful candidate should also possess strong knowledge of mould operations, manufacturing processes, production coordination, and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities & Competencies

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to optimize output and reduce waste.
• Oversee mould operations including setup, changeover, troubleshooting support, and maintenance coordination.
• Provide first-level technical insight during equipment faults and collaborate closely with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Ensure proper utilization of machines, materials, and manpower to achieve operational goals.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and performance metrics.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Enforce compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, GMP requirements, and operational policies.
• Train and supervise production operators to ensure adherence to best operational practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across production lines.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the production floor.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• HND, B.Sc., or B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with proven experience in production supervision and mould operations.
• Candidates with previous hands-on technical experience in maintenance, machine operation, mould maintenance, or equipment troubleshooting are strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machine operations, and production workflows.
• Ability to support technical troubleshooting and coordinate effectively with engineering and maintenance teams.
• Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, reporting tools, and basic data analysis.
• Ability to generate, interpret, and analyze production reports and KPIs.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Must be willing to relocate to Ibeju-Lekki.

• Net Salary: ?400,000 monthly.
