Job Summary

• The MIPS Engineer is tasked with monitoring, analyzing, and enhancing the mechanical integrity and reliability of plant equipment.
• The role focuses on implementing maintenance best practices, conducting equipment inspections, and supporting plant operations to ensure maximum uptime.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Conduct regular inspections and condition monitoring of mechanical assets.
• Analyze equipment performance data and recommend improvements.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and equipment history.
• Coordinate with other engineers and technicians to address reliability concerns.
• Promote and enforce adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in maintenance reliability engineering within a heavy industry environment.
• Professional certification (e.g., CMRP) is an advantage.
