Job Summary

• We're looking for a proactive, solution-oriented professional who can drive technology efficiency and support business growth with experience in the Aviation, Construction and Real estate sector.
• The IT Manager will oversee and manage IT infrastructure, systems and technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's IT infrastructure, networks and systems.
• Ensure the security, availability and performance of IT resources.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Manage IT vendors, software licences and technology assets.
• Recommend and implement technology solutions to improve business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, with proven leadership or management responsibility.
• Experience working within the Aviation, Construction, Real Estate, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of network administration, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems management.
• Proven experience managing hardware, software, servers, networks, and other IT assets.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions, enterprise applications, Microsoft 365, and data backup/recovery systems is an advantage.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Experience managing IT vendors, software licences, budgets, and technology procurement.
• Strong understanding of IT security, access controls, data protection, and business continuity.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to recommend and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and support business growth.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL, CISSP, or related certifications will be an added advantage.
• Must be proactive, solution-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Other Requirements:

• IT experience with leadership or management responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity and IT systems management.
• Experience managing cloud solutions and enterprise applications is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 / month.
