Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our development team.
- The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development, with a solid understanding of mobile application development and how web and mobile systems work together.
- The ideal candidate should be able to take ownership of technical projects, solve complex problems, write clean and scalable code, and collaborate effectively with other members of the product and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications.
- Build and maintain both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring seamless integration between different components.
- Develop clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Design and implement APIs and integrations between web, mobile, and third-party services.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of mobile applications, with a strong understanding of mobile development frameworks and best practices.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, responsiveness, and mobile compatibility.
- Work with databases, server-side technologies, and cloud/server environments to ensure reliable system performance.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality, security, and development practices.
- Write and maintain automated tests where appropriate and conduct UI and functional testing.
- Participate in system architecture, technical planning, and product development decisions.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, developers, and other teams to translate business requirements into functional technical solutions.
- Manage and contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from planning and development through deployment and maintenance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements that can enhance our products and development processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers when required.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline with 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong back-end development experience using one or more technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, C#, PHP, or similar.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, API integrations, authentication, and backend architecture.
- Solid experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
- Good understanding of mobile application development, including experience with or strong working knowledge of frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or native mobile development.
- Understanding of how web applications and mobile applications communicate with backend systems and APIs.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Experience with deployment, hosting, servers, cloud platforms, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, system architecture, security, testing, and debugging.
- Ability to build responsive and mobile-friendly applications with strong attention to performance and user experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify practical solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and meet deadlines.
- A strong interest in emerging technologies and continuous technical improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is an advantage.
- Experience building and launching production-level applications is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup, technology, or product-driven environment is an added advantage.

Salary
N250,000 - N400,000 per month.
