Job Title: Retail Sales Representative

Location: Ikeja(Computer Village), Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement:Identify customer needs and offer upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Sales Targets:Work individually and collaboratively to meet or exceed daily/monthly sales goals.
• Merchandising & Inventory:Stock shelves, set up promotional displays, maintain store cleanliness, and update pricing, often ensuring visual standards are met.
• Transactions:Efficiently process sales transactions (cash, credit, returns) using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Product Knowledge:Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to provide accurate recommendations.
• Customer Service & Sales:Greet customers, assist with product selection, and provide detailed information on features and benefits to drive sales.

Key Requirements & Skills

• Product Expertise:Thorough knowledge of store merchandise and industry trends.
• Flexibility:Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Technical Proficiency:Ability to operate POS systems and computerized inventory systems.
• Communication:Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
