About the Role

• The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet business and client requirements.
• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Analyst, Application Development to join our Solution Delivery team.
• This role is ideal for professionals with 2–4 years of experience in application development who are passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines, quality standards, and project budgets.
• Build secure applications in line with enterprise security standards and industry best practices.
• Develop assigned solution components in accordance with established coding standards and best practices.
• Develop, build, configure, customise, integrate, and unit test software solutions based on approved functional and technical specifications.
• Perform unit testing and support system integration testing to ensure solution reliability.
• Participate in peer reviews of technical designs and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Design and implement technology solutions that address business and client requirements.
• Ensure all developed solutions meet functional, technical, security, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Good understanding of application architecture and software design principles.
• Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in application development.
• Ability to work collaboratively while delivering high-quality solutions within defined timelines.

Technical Skills:
Applicants should possess practical experience with most of the following technologies:

• Python (working knowledge).
• JavaScript
• Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL)

• C#
• PostgreSQL

Salary
N400,000 - N450,000 per month.
