• Manage US and international quarterly and annual tax reporting.
• Lead annual tax compliance and filings.

• Role is an individual contributor reporting to Head of Tax.
• Remote within the US or Oakland office.

???? Requirements

• CPA required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 12+ years relevant experience; 8+ years ASC 740 and international tax.
• 5+ years in-house tax; strong state and federal tax knowledge.
• 4 years Big 4, income tax provision.
• Experience in fast-paced tech; strong deadline skills.
