• Monitor and triage Accounting/Finance requests via Slack and Asana
• Investigate issues or escalate per ownership matrix
• Provide end-user NetSuite support: saved searches and reporting
• Collaborate with Revenue, Corporate, and International Accounting on daily/month-end needs
• Maintain clear documentation for support processes and system changes
• Contribute to small-scale system improvements and operational efficiency projects

???? Requirements

• Background in Accounting with solid accounting principles
• 3+ years with Accounting teams in SaaS or tech
• Hands-on NetSuite experience: reports, saved searches, workflows
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and desire to support teams at scale
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
