• Lead all legal matters across Capchase's global operations, including corporate, regulatory, commercial, and transactional work.
• Partner with Capital Markets and Finance to structure, negotiate, and execute debt facilities and structured finance.
• Own the legal aspects of financial product development, including documentation, compliance, and risk assessment.
• Support the go-to-market team with customer agreements and financing documents.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on legal, regulatory, and strategic matters.
• Build and lead a high-performing legal team and implement internal processes for contracts and compliance.

???? Requirements

• 6+ years of legal experience in fintech/financial services.
• Structured/negotiated credit facilities and structured finance.
• Direct equipment financing experience a bonus.
• Familiarity with fintech regulation (lending, securities, payments).
• Clear, concise communication with strong business judgment.
• JD from a top law school; US licensed to practice.
