• Own the full collections cycle to maintain cash flow.
• Conduct high-volume follow-up via phone and email.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve outstanding balances.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes cross-functionally.
• Build relationships with client billing teams to ensure timely payments.
• Be systematic with an owner mindset and professional in communication.

• 2+ years in Collections, AR, or Finance Ops.
• Proven track record reducing DSO.
• B2B or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and concise communication.
• Excel expert; Salesforce/HubSpot and accounting software.
• Analytical, organized, data-driven with attention to accuracy.
