Job Title: Administrative Officer II (Grade Level 08)

Aim

• The recruitment exercise is aimed at strengthening the Commission's institutional capacity in electoral administration, voter registration, data management, election logistics, and other critical electoral operations in furtherance of its constitutional mandate.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or equivalent qualification in Social Sciences, Humanities, or Sciences from a Government recognized institution
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and other relevant ICT skills
• Good knowledge of data management and record keeping
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of two (2) years cognate experience in administration, records management, electoral operations, or related duties
• NYSC Discharge Certificate or Certificate of Exemption

General Requirements
In addition to the qualifications above, applicants must:

• Possess good character and must not have been convicted of any criminal offence;
• Not above 35 years of age at the point of application;
• Possess integrity, discipline, and commitment to Public Service.
• Be certified by a Government Medical Officer as physically and mentally fit for appointment into the Commission;
• Be computer literate;
• Be willing to serve in any part of the Federation where assigned;
• Present a valid Certificate of State of Origin duly signed by the Chairman or Secretary of their Local Government. Certificates endorsed by Liaison Officers will not be accepted;
• Be a Nigerian citizen by birth or descent;
