Core Mandate
Provide strategic financial leadership and serve as the principal driver of the TMC’s analytical, advisory, and commercial direction. The Senior Financial Analyst will lead client engagements, and contribute directly to revenue growth and organizational sustainability.
Job Objective
To deliver advanced financial analysis, valuation, and strategic insights to clients while supporting business development, mentoring junior analysts, and ensuring quality deliverables aligned with client expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Advisory
- Lead financial modelling, valuation, forecasting, and budgeting engagements.
- Conduct feasibility studies, investment appraisals, and financial due diligence.
- Analyze financial statements and identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses for strategic decision-making.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as primary contact on all projects.
- Present financial findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Proposal development and client pitches.
Strategic & Business Advisory
- Translate financial data into actionable business insights.
- Support clients in restructuring, cost optimization, expansion planning, and capital raising.
- Provide financial input into corporate strategy and operational initiatives.
Team Leadership & Quality Assurance
- Supervise and review work of junior analysts.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and quality of financial models and reports.
- Provide mentorship and technical coaching.
Process Improvement & Knowledge Development
- Enhance internal financial modelling templates and analytical frameworks.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and financial best practices.
- Contribute to thought leadership materials and industry research.

Working Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Attributes
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation techniques
- Minimum of 7 years’ progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, investment banking, or advisory, transaction services
- At least 2–3 years in a client-facing or project leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading financial engagements and delivering advisory reports
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Data visualization and reporting tools proficiency
- Strong presentation and communication skills
