ICT Lab Assistant

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: ICT Lab Assistant

Location: Lugbe, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operation of the ICT laboratory
• Keep records of equipment usage, faults, and basic inventory
• Monitor proper use of ICT facilities and report faults or misuse
• Provide assistance to users during practical sessions and examinations
• Perform simple troubleshooting and report major technical issues to the supervisor
• Support basic installation of software and routine system updates
• Help in maintaining computers, printers, and other ICT equipment in good working condition
• Assist in setting up computers and devices for classes, exams, and training
• Ensure the ICT lab is clean, organized, and secure at all times

General Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to carry out simple troubleshooting on computers and devices
• Good record-keeping and organizational skills
• Honest, reliable, and willing to learn on the job.
• OND, Diploma, or NCE in Computer Studies, ICT, or a related field
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
