We are recruiting to fill position below:

Job Title: HVAC-R Sales Executive (B2B)

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full time

Scope

  • Corporate and institutional client acquisition.
  • Revenue generation through solution-based sales.
  • Market penetration within HVAC-R and engineering sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, and procurement teams.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Track sales pipeline and provide performance reports.
  • Ensure timely contract closure and handover to operations.
  • Maintain client satisfaction to drive repeat business.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals and tenders.
  • Conduct client needs assessments and site visits.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on solution design and costing.
  • Any other task assigned by management.

Salary Range
N500,000 - N750,000 / month
