Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer on behalf of our client to manage HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, and industrial relations within the manufacturing facility.
• Candidates with manufacturing experience are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll and ensure statutory compliance (PAYE, PENCOM, NSITF, ITF, NHF).
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel records.
• Support expatriate documentation and compliance.
• Manage HR operations, employee records, onboarding, and exits.
• Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and union activities.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
• Experience in plastic, packaging, sack manufacturing, or FMCG is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, Nigerian Labour Law, statutory compliance, and industrial relations.
• Minimum of 5 years' HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's Degree/HND in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field.
• Preferred Candidate: Male.
• CIPM certification is an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
