Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Global Career Coach (Visa Sponsorship Focus) to lead coaching delivery, facilitate specialized workshops, and support our growing international career community.
Key Responsibilities
As a Global Career Coach (Visa Sponsorship Track), you will:
- Deliver one-on-one and group coaching sessions with a strong focus on visa sponsorship job pathways, including CV and LinkedIn optimization for sponsorship-ready roles.
- Guide clients through sponsorship-based job searches, including employer identification, role alignment with immigration requirements, and application strategies.
- Conduct career and skills assessments to align client profiles with in-demand, sponsorship-eligible occupations.
- Facilitate workshops and masterclasses on visa-sponsored employment, global labor markets, and international employability.
- Manage and grow our Discord-based career community, fostering structured engagement, peer accountability, and results-driven learning.
- Support clients pursuing employer-sponsored opportunities in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and other visa-friendly markets.
- Provide expert coaching on interview preparation for sponsorship roles, compliance-sensitive hiring processes, and relocation readiness.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with with 3–5+ years’ proven experience as a Career Coach, Employability Specialist, or Talent Development Consultant.
- Demonstrated success in helping professionals secure international jobs or visa-sponsored opportunities.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools (Thinkific, Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Strong understanding of international labor markets and emerging industries.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and cultural sensitivity when coaching diverse professionals.
- Expertise in ATS-friendly CV writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview coaching
- Experience managing or moderating online career communities (Discord, Slack, or similar).
- Certification in Career Coaching or Counseling (ICF, CPC, NCDA, or equivalent) preferred.
