We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: B2B Sales Manager
Location: Ikorodu - Lagos, Sagamu - Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients across Lagos, Sagamu, and Ikorodu
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team (where applicable)
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 4–6 years experience in B2B sales or business development
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Good understanding of the local market within Lagos and surrounding areas
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 per month.
