• At least 4 years of Full-Stack experience, with focus on TypeScript.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript with React and Express; NestJS is a plus.
• Thrive in a collaborative, remote-first culture.
• Take ownership, be independent yet excel in a team setting.
• Communicate complex ideas with diverse teams of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for solving customer problems and troubleshooting.
